Ashwani Padhi
Founder & CEO
Ashwani brings over a decade of experience in Site Reliability Engineering and platform engineering at scale. Having led SRE teams responsible for mission-critical infrastructure serving millions of users, he experienced firsthand the limitations of reactive monitoring and the human cost of alert fatigue. Predictaire was born from that experience — a conviction that AI could do the incident investigation engineers dread, grounding every answer in real telemetry instead of guesswork. Ashwani is passionate about open standards, developer experience, and building tools that make engineering teams genuinely more effective.
